Great location & value

The location was perfect to visit the various cities/towns on Lake Como. The ferry/port is located less than 15 minutes walk, same with a series of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. If you're into cycling, as I am, this is a great place to base yourself. Bring your own bike or rent from a location within walking distance. I look forward to coming back. Family run and friendly staff.

Beautiful Bellagio!!

We were driving so we found free parking on site was a big plus. Located outside of city center but walkable about 15 min. Our room was clean, quiet, spacious and small balcony to look out the lake and the mountains. Breakfast was quite nice, lots of choices and friendly stuff. We found much better than the pictures on the hotels.com.

Great location and amazingly warm owners!

Excellent Hotel maintained and run by a lovely family. Very clean and modern rooms. Great location about 15 mins scenic walk to Bellagio centre. Good restaurants and Gelato parlour nearby.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Basic but new and everything shiny. We didn’t have enough blankets and were cold at night but we could have probably asked them. Good breakfast too.

The property is delightful and the staff very nice and helpful. However, the hotel is located at a busy intersection on a road going up a hill, and the velos accelerating up the hill make our apartment on West 57th Street in Manhattan seem quiet.

This hotel is fabulous. The lovely couple running the hotel went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were so sweet, kind and helpful, without us even having to ask! The hotel is impeccable and really efficiently run - 100%++ - nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is amazing, from the welcome in reception to the comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good with many attentive staff on hand to serve tea/coffee, they also offer cooked omelettes etc for a supplement. Good safe car parking and a 15 minuets walk to Bellagio. Great value for money, Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel close to town centre.

The hotel is situated about a 10min walk from the centre of Bellagio, we stayed in room 1 on the ground floor which has a large stone fireplace that dominates the room. There was a shower room but unfortunately the rain shower and personal shower operated together and couldn't be turned off separately. The room was large enough for an extra single bed which we had for our adult daughter. The view from the room was an office building but we had the shutters down to keep out the hot sun. The air conditioning was very good and controlled the room adequately. The beds were comfortable and appeared to be memory foam material. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of choice from cereals, fruit, meat, cheese, bread etc and the service good also. The only drawback for us was evenings when there was nothing to do at the hotel. There wasn't a lounge or a bar in the hotel but we stayed in Bellagio until late so not a problem for us. Overall a good hotel although a little pricey when you consider the lack of facilities.

Incredible lake view from our window! (On some rooms only). We could park easily, 10 min walk from downtown ( where is practically imposible to park). Reception were kind and helpful. The room was very nice, spotless, with good sound insulation (a necessity because of the proximity to the road) and air conditioner
