The apartment is located on the first floor of our holiday home.
It is very spacious and bright, has a double bedroom, large bathroom, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and balcony.

SERVICES: wi-fi, heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, necessary for hanging out and ironing. Sheets and towels are included for each guest.

GARDEN: there is a small fenced shared garden.
PARKING: it is next to the house, public and free.

CHILDREN'S SPECIAL: You can ask for a cot, high chair, bath tub. Our shared walls are giant blackboards that children can color

DOGS WELCOME: no extra cost but we ask for good manners. You will find bowls, blanket, dedicated towels and the key to access our DOG CORNER, a dedicated garden with a swimming pool for dogs. Dogs are welcome everywhere in the village, they can also access the beaches.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Fantastic property, great location, safe, clean and convenient.

We (a family of 4 with two dogs) were really happy to stay here. It was cool, quiet and a fantastic location - close to a small, swimable beach and 100m to a lovely family run restaurant (you need to prebook). We would stay here again.

Fabulous!

An enormous, well equipped apartment, spotlessly clean and most welcoming. Incredibly convenient parking (we got a land rover Discovery through the narrow bit). A welcome pack for the dogs with towels in case they went for a swim, dog bowls etc. A two minute walk from a fab restaurant by the waterfront. And a host in Francesca who could not have been more charming. Highly recommended, even if you don’t have dogs!

Wir (2 Personen 1 Hund) hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt!Der Hundebereich mit Hundepool war einfach mega – unser Vierbeiner war im Himmel Der Check-in war total unkompliziert, Kommunikation und Lage absolut top. Das Appartement selbst war perfekt: schön groß, mit einem tollen Schlafzimmer und Bad sowie einem geräumigen Balkon zum Entspannen.Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die Kleinigkeiten für den Hund – eine Decke, ein Napf und sogar ein Buch mit Tipps und Empfehlungen für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das hat uns wirklich begeistert!Auch mit unserem BMW X1 konnten wir – trotz der auf den ersten Blick winzigen Zufahrt – problemlos anreisen. Es hat zwar jedes Mal kräftig gepiept , aber es ging wunderbar, und Parkplätze gab es ausreichend.Insgesamt: eine absolute Empfehlung, besonders für Hundebesitzer, die Bellagio entspannt genießen möchten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
