Antea by KlabHouse is a modern and lake view apartment located in Bellagio, in a quiet pedestrian village facing the lake, which boasts a small and characteristic dock for boats and the entrance door to the Gardens of Villa Melzi.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi and private parking under the house.

Our Guests will have free access to Gardens of Villa Melzi, at just 50 meters from the house, and from there they can walk to the center of Bellagio in a few minutes.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed, web Tv, and a splendid lake view. Next to it there is a modern kitchen with a dining table, the sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed overlooking the lake and a bathroom with tub and shower.

The Borgo, called Loppia, is located 50 meters from a small beach and an excellent restaurant is located below the house. The famous Center of Bellagio with its restaurants and shops can be easily reached by 10 minutes walk through the Gardens of Villa Melzi.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a house without a lift, it is recommended to reach the destination by car, park the car, and enjoy the holiday by walk.

Smart accommodation with rustic charm

Quiet neighbourhoodKitchen is well appointedNew washing machineCar parking, super easy just outside beside restaurant outside seating area and villa garden entry.Walk through gardens (15 mins) to Bellagio is a joy.Supermarkets within 10 min walk.Or a very short drive.The restaurant adjacent is open for lunch (and dinner for booked functions only). Never noisy too late in the evening.In summary. This is a lovely location with easy access to Bellagio and beyond.We had a lovely week.Certainly plenty to do.I definitely recommend the tasting menu at the Belvedere Hotel for a treat.
