Welcome to the Bella Vista Retreat on Loch Lomond. Large family home with something for everyone. Beautiful eat in kitchen with seating for 4 with 8 more seats around the corner in the dining room. 4K Smart TV in family room and 3 bedrooms. The Master Bed Room has a fully adjustable King Bed Frame with 3 Queen Beds that adjust on the back. It is only a short drive to 72 holes of golf and just quarter mile ride to the new Sugar Creek Trails for world class mountain biking year round. These trails will connect to the Back 40 Trail as well as the Slaughter Pen Trails. Amenities include a five burner Cuisinart Gas Grill as well as a Traeger Grill, pool table and kitchenette in lower level. Easy walk down to the dock from house with just a couple of short sets of stairs. There is also a concrete and stone path from the side. You will also have the use of 2 Paddle Boards 1 Canoe and 1 Paddle Boat free of charge.Beautiful views from two decks to relax after a fun day. All close to Bentonville attractions. PROPERLY MANAGER IS 10 MINUTES AWAY.

Perfect Wedding Weekend Stay

Our daughter got married at Cooper's Chapel with the reception at Lakepoint. This was the perfect location. We loved the house. It has the perfect lakehouse vibe going. Updated enough to have everything we needed but not so overdone that it wasn't what it should be- a relaxing lake house. I would one hundred percent stay again (maybe no wedding next time so we can just chill and enjoy).

Family Gathering

My family and I were blessed to be able to stay here Christmas week. Within this beautiful, multilevel lake house we celebrated the holiday by the living room's festive Christmas tree and glowing, warm fireplace. Cooked several memorable meals in the spacious kitchen stocked with state-of-the-art, yet easy-to-use, appliances, and a wide array of dishware, cooking utensils, spices, and more. We slept well in respective bedrooms of which there was a wide array. Reluctantly, at the end of our vacation, we had to say our goodbyes; but we left treasuring the memories made here thanks in large part to our host, Brent, and all that he put into this abode to make it a worry free getaway -- a sanctuary. My favorite quote of the week was from my Dad's wife, a Texan, who suddenly exclaimed from the breakfast table one morning: "I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS VIEW!"
