Spacious cabin in the woods

Very well done modern rustic cabin. The community of about 10 cabins was quiet on our weekend night/day. Beds were comfy. Tons of towels. Spotless. Great little sitting area on covered deck. Perfect for our girls weekend. It is right off a fairly busy road so there is some road noise which for me dampened the "getting out in nature" vibe I was going for. But, the host was terrific and accommodated us moving to a cabin farther off the road. EXCELLENT customer service!!!! We loved it and hope to be back soon.

Cleanest place we have ever stayed.

We travel a lot and one of the things that seems to have been lost lately is the attention to detail. Bella Vista #16 was so incredibly clean and the attention to detail in everything we would need was really nice. The cabin was nice and quiet and so relaxing. Just what we needed. We look forward to visiting again.

16 Trails Edge Lane Girls Weekend

We absolutely loved this place. Well built and quiet even with having the cabin closest to the road. Our only critique: it would be nice to have a lamp on the bedside table in the master bedroom.

Roomy modern cabin on the trails

Cabin 16 was plenty spacious, updated, and highly functional. It's more of a house than a cabin, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a back deck. It had a firepit on one side since it was at the end of the row. I'd recommend booking an even-numbered cabin so you back up to the trails rather than a road, but all the cabins are convenient.

To stay or not to stay.

No call day before to tell us where we were staying or how to get there. We called when we got to BELLA Vista to ask directions and to find out address of unit and when we got there someone was already in the unit. Called again and was given another unit that was available. Unit wasn’t as clean as I expected so I cleaned when we got there and before we left. We left a week early because things were being cancelled that we were going to do. No mention of any money being refunded to us. Owner or whoever we spoke to was very cordial.

Amazing Family Friendly Cabin

Perfect place to stay with a family of four if you are visiting the Bella Vista/Bentonville and surrounding areas. Short drive to anything you need and way cheaper than a hotel or some of the nearby vrbo houses. Not just for mountain bikers!
