The Space:
Located in a older well established neighborhood of Bella Vista, Blue on Basildon is in the heart of all of the area attractions with easy access to golf, mountain biking, arts, culture, dining, and more!

Situated as a easy lay out single level rambler the home provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, spacious living room, and beautiful backyard.

Enter the home through the front covered porch and step right into the living room. A large natural stone propane fireplace centers the room. A sofa, love seat, and sitting chair provide the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

The living room flows directly to the dining room with a table set for six. On the right side of the home find the galley kitchen and the primary ensuite. The galley kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to cook including pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, and more. Located at the back of the kitchen is a full washer and dryer for your use.

The primary bedroom provides a brand new king mattress wrapped in fresh linens. A private bathroom provides a shower/tub combination, toilet, and single vanity. The bathroom is outfitted with all of the essentials including towels, shampoo, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

The second bedroom features a queen mattress with clean linens, dresser, and closet for ample storage space. The room as two large windows that fill the space with an abundance of natural light.

The third bedroom provides two single mattresses, closet, and dresser along with its own private entrance to the back deck.

Outback is a large deck space with patio furniture and a metal fire pit ready for you to enjoy beautiful Arkansas nights.
