The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests as a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom space. The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, living room, sunroom, and large deck, along with two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen. Downstairs, you’ll find an additional queen bedroom, full bathroom, and the spacious game room.

Located about 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville and 40 minutes from Fayetteville, this home is ideal for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and business travelers looking to experience the best of Northwest Arkansas.

Guests also have access to the wide range of amenities offered throughout Bella Vista—including pools, recreation centers, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and lakes—for a small fee. Details and current pricing can be found on the Bella Vista POA website. Each guest will need a pass to use these amenities, which must be requested 1 week in advance of your stay.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and uses a septic system, so large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Smoking of any kind—including vaping and marijuana—is strictly prohibited. As this is our personal home, we kindly ask all guests to treat it with care and respect.
