Staff was so friendly, wonderful and helpful. Hooked us up with great excursions and dinner reservations. Convenient to dent golf cart on property. Pool area beautiful! Comfy beds and nice layout of rooms/condos. Would definitely go back!

The room was amazing! It had 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, washing appliances(great for a week's stay), living and dining room. There was a dive center within walking distance. Overall, the experience was very accommodating without being over-the-top.
Ok, I am a person who loves traveling and seen a lot. The hotel is very nice but prices on food and drinks are excessivley expensive because you have to add 12.5% for taxes and 12.5% for service. The rate for all inclusive food (3 meals) is USD 120 per day, per person & plus 25%, for national alcoholic drinks inclusive is USD 40 plus 25% per person per day. I paid the inclusive drinks but wasn't worth it because no waiter was around.... The San Pedro town is far from thre so you have to pay a taxi from Las Terrazas to take you there for 100 dollars both ways. That's all I ahve to say.
Just arrived back from 10 day stay in Belize at Las Terrazas in Ambergris Caye. From the beginning of our stay, the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. From changing our room to an upper level suite upon request , to arranging transport to and from the resort - to helping with all of our excursions ... and happily answering all of our questions - the staff went above and beyond what was expected - and always with a smile. The food was great, our room was clean and well appointed, and the free bicycles, kayaks and sailboats were really appreciated. Grocery store minutes away and great restaurants close by helped make our trip more enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff and all the great smiles at Las Terrazas that made our stay unforgettable!
Very nice staff, they go overboard to meet your ever need/request. We celebrated a birthday and wife requested a special meal to remember the occasion. They created something not on the menu, and it was incredible. Quiet and very accommodating place that I will return to for my next stay in Ambergris Caye. The dive shop next door, (White Sands) is on equal with Las Terrazas. The shop tried to meet our every need from preparation before the dive to safety while diving, thanks Elbert Greer (owner) and Carlos (divemaster).
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect location for it. Great service, lovely atmosphere and very peaceful. It was a little far from San Pedro (10 minutes), but they had access to anything you want to do.
