A crash pad
Ok just for a crash pad. Not a great area. And certainly no view like the picture. But if you’re just in and out. Affordable. Directions could be clearer. It’s near the chon saan palace. A Chinese food restaurant

The unit was not as clean as expected. Really needs some deep cleaning & clearing out of the clutter in cabinets & breakfast bar area. The images displayed on the webpage of the ocean front appearance is not what the neighborhood looks like. The property manager was very welcoming & was prompt to answer all my questions…very hospitable person.
