We stayed for our first time in Belgrade the St Regis was absolutely incredible! The hotel was brand new and the staff were some of the most courteous and helpful people we’ve met, anywhere! My only feedback on the property is that some of the things in the room were not working properly like the way the shower was pitched towards the back instead of towards the drain and the AC in the room kept clicking off and then back on but it did work. The just need to tighten up on those small things and they’ll be the perfect hotel!

Parking and service overall was gokd. However there was a few times i asked for ice or to pick up the room service and I had to call twice. 45 minutes to an hour for someone to help you is not worth the price for the night.
