The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in their premier apartment, which was at the top of the building in the former attic. It was clean, fun and a great room for us. You do have to go up two sets of stairs to get there though.

We asked for a baby cot and the staff kindly provided it. They helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The elevator is small, so if you have larger luggage you may need to make multiple trips. We received a complimentary upgrade, which was very kind of the staff. It helped greatly with our small toddler. The property is in a fantastic location and is very walkable. I recommend it.

The hotel is very central. Nice rooms, nice staff, reasonable prices. We haven't tried breakfast (in a nearby cafe). Its our second time staying there and we are planning to come back.
