The location is absolutely amazing — 10/10. You Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop.
We stayed in a room with a hot tub, but there wasn’t enough hot water to use it properly. The breakfast was okay — buffet on the first day, then a basic set plate the next - not what you would expect when you book a hotel with breakfast.
Cleanliness could be better; the carpet and walls were dirty and need refreshing.
The biggest problem was noise. There’s bar that belongs to the hotel and even shares a corridor with the rooms. During a private party, they kept the door propped open with a door stopper, blasting music until 3 AM. When I closed it, the staff opened it again, and the receptionist argued that I wasn’t allowed to shut it. It honestly felt like trying to sleep inside a nightclub.
Considering the price — which is quite high compared to other places in Serbia — the experience was disappointing. The hotel really needs to decide whether it wants to be a place for rest or a late-night party venue, because both at once just don’t work.
