The apartment is at a great location. We stayed for 3 nights (from Friday night to Monday morning). We got apartment that we did not select, and unfortunately, the ac in it did not work. Belgrade had a heat wave that particular weekend and the inside temperature was over 91F. The property does not have a 24h front desk, as stated in the property description, and the communication with the management was challenging. We reported the ac issue to the lady we saw at the front desk on Saturday morning. After that we called/messaged about the ac numerous times during the day and got a response from the property around 11 pm. it was offered to move in a new hotel on Sunday. We decided to stay considering we had a 6:30 am flight on Monday morning.
There were not clear instructions for check out and none of the messages sent to the property about it was answered. We had an early flight on Monday morning and were not clear to whom/where to leave the apartment key. We eventually left it in the apartment and messaged the property manager. Have not got any answer :)
So, all in all, we were very frustrated with a lack of communication and extremely hot in the apartment. Not a nice experience.

Property and location were great, however on the last day they demanded cash payment in Euros not in local currency. We were told by the owner the credit card terminal was down. An employee told us they do not have even have a credit card machine. Super scammy to say the least.

Good stay
The property was nicely updated and it has an excellent location. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. We were concerned when we were told that we couldn't pay with a credit card because they were having issues with their terminal but, we managed to adjust our currency budget to pay cash. We also had lots of no answers when trying to phone the owner.
