Unpleasant experience

Hotel in a great location, with nice reception staff and reasonable rooms. However, the main problem was that the room was not cleaned during the entire 4-night stay – no towels or sheets were changed. I booked a room including transfers through the Hotels website, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged for transfers again. Despite the clerk's attempt to help, they refused to give me a refund. Only after I sent several harsh emails to the Hotels service team, accompanied by evidence, did the hotel owner make the refund. The trash we left behind is proof that room service was not done properly.. Also. There is no spa on site!!!!

Average experience, the reality is totally different than in the pictures, the parking lot is 280 m away from the location you don't have any check in instructions before arriving at the location because it's very hard to find a parking place around. The price does not reflect the accommodation conditions at all.

A deception!

This hostel has not the quality classified by other travelers. As pro, is the staff, very friendly. As con, is the installation, very weak, without elevator and other characteristics that give comfort for guests.

With an entrance from the street there are three doors to go through ( code, card and key?), But the rooms were modern and spacious. The water in the shower was so hot it burnt my hand on the showerhead - it would have badly burnt me if I had washed without checking. Parking was an issue, even for the drop off but it was very convenient for everything with loads of good restaurants and cafes nearby.
