Never Again, poor hygiene standards!

When checking in with may family we encountered a significant hygiene lapse within the room, discovering an inappropriate item near the bed that compromised the overall cleanliness standards. Despite promptly notifying the apartment management and demanding another apartment, they advised that no alternative apartments were available and in recognition of the inconvenience, the management promised a refund as a resolution, so we had to book and pay for another hotel for that night. When following with management about refund, I was disappointed that they retracted their promise and didn’t make the refund! Another thing, the BW Riverside Residence address listed here is inaccurate, we had to call them to give us the exact address

Waste of money

I book at the Water Front Riverside Residence. However, they moved us to another residence in the vicinity. I didnt like the residence they reallocate us. I asked for refund. They didnt refund either. I booked and stay at another hotel and my money %100 wasted.
