Modern and clean hotel on the main pedestrian street in Belgrade. It was very easy to walk to the downtown sights from this hotel, and it was surprisingly quiet for the location. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to create a pleasurable dining experience. Breakfast was delicious and included things such as eggs, yogurt, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, pastries, fresh breads and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in heart of city, professional and courteous staff, lovely room and delicious breakfast. Also enjoyed delicious meals of filet medallions (most tender beef ever) and grilled mixed meats (traditional Serbian) with salads in hotel restaurant which has a spectacular view over the pedestrian mall. Service was above expectations: they arranged a private tour guide for a city tour in three Nikola Tesla Museum, dinner reservations at a local restaurant, packed a lunch for our early departure, and escorted us to our airport taxi they arranged for us. Highly recommend bah (their fun abbreviation).

Belgrade Art Hotel where the staff were Uber friendly. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Breakfast included an abundance of delicious food. Clean, well appointed, the coffee shop adjacent on the ground for, the staff were understanding and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel

Very nice hotel in the middle of a pedestrian zone. Shops and Dining all in walking distance - perfect for a city trip! Very nice and friendly staff, always very helpful. Coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel, offering good food. Rooms are in warm earthy colors and offer all amenities you could wish for. Bathroom extremely clean and tidy and modern. The breakfast buffet is very well equipped with lovely food, however coffee comes lukewarm which is a shame - it would be very good, too!

The hotel is situated on a walking street. Road access is a block or so away so cases have to be carried/rolled to the hotel. We ordered the hotel car from the airport so reception staff were sent to meet us and help with luggage which was wonderful after a long day flying. Staff at reception were uniformly helpful , friendly and spoke perfect English. The room was spacious and light. Dual paned windows kept out most of the street noise although people walked the plaza till well into the small hours. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was a large buffet but you could also order eggs several ways. Good selection of pastry, meat, cheeses etc. We also ate in the restaurant which overlooks the street so a good passing show while you eat. Again a good selection of international and Serbian dishes. Really enjoyed the Mixed meat plate of sausages, chicken and beef with crispy potatoes. Your room card is also used to access the elevator which is a nice safety feature. Our one peeve was that although there is a switch for air conditioning it did nothing. We asked at the desk and they did manage to make the room cooler for us eventually.

The Art Hotel has it all. Perfect location, fantastic reception staff, very good breakfast, wonderful serving staff, the rooms are clean, modern well decorated and functional, the bed is comfortable with good pillows. We came in from the airport with lost luggage, the reception staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable, upgraded our room, made restaurant reservations and gave us directions for getting around. The Belgrade Art Hotel gets a gold star!

The location and the staff are the heroes of this story. It is ideally located on the pedestrian street and it is very comfortable for any of the walking tours etc that start from nearby. The gentleman at the front desk is just awesome - just the proper balance between being friendly and courteous without getting too close. The staff at breakfast was also very good - their custom made omelettes were amazing (and it is nice when the staff remembers how you had asked for it the previous day!) The AC was set for the entire hotel at a temperature which could not be changed in the rooms. It was very warm and so we had to keep the windows open. While it made the room temperature comfortable, it was very noisy with the party folks making merry right through the nights - so didn't get good sleep unfortunately. Hoping it was a temporary issue

Belgrade is just emerging, so selection is slim still, and it's really about location, which this hotel has. Best to choose a quiet room away from the main road. Easy to walk to the many charm-filled (but smoky) cafes all around.

The hotel is located very well, most of the attractions are in walking distance. The breakfast buffet is well organized and tasty. Instead of comfort rooms, you may consider bigger rooms. The only odd part is the room service is leaving two towels, although we were three, and need to ask for additional one each day. For 20 Euro there is a reserved parking garage back of the hotel which was also great.

I was recently there. The location is about as good as you can get in Belgrade. The hotel is right on the pedestrian street close to restaurants, shops and street performers. It is a short walk from the fortress and a few minutes from the national theatre. Not too noisy, except for the one night I had a noisy person in the neighboring room. Nonsmoking. Decent size for a European room. However, minor issues. Low shower pressure. Air conditioner didn't work during either of my two stays(I think they only turn it on during the really hot months of the year, but the room was uncomfortably hot. Since it is on the pedestrian street, you will need to transport your baggage a block or so. My double bed was two single beds pushed together. Best points: location. In other words, it has the same problems many European hotels will have. It was nonsmoking. As the rooms faced on side alleys and not the pedestrian street, outside noise, even with the window open, was not a problem.
