I have stayed for a night in a single room. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The room was ordirary and good for its price. Rooms have a large balcony, quite a large! Ideal for short term visits. I'd like to stay again. Thank you!

I recived week before e-mail with instructione where find hotel and reception. Was simple and easy, i find that quickly. We had amazing room, clean and confortable. Isnt near to centrum, but can use lots tipe of public transport directly on street from hotel. The staff are very pleasant and help us to maximum. Big thanks Rudolf

I spend a short 4-days holiday in Belgrade. I was quite happy with this hotel. The staff was very helpfull and knowledgable, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. One thing that could be improved are the tourist maps and the information about public transport that are supplied by the hotel. I found it quite hard to navigate in Belgrade, as the signs with the names of the streets names were in Cyrillic alphabet while the street names on the map from the hotel were in Latin alphabet. Also, it would be nice if there would be a brochure about the public transport in English, since there is very little information available about this at most bus stops and most of the staff of the main bus stations do not speak English.

Our train was a few hours late and we got the 51 bus from the station. We had google maps so we knew when to get off the bus. Hotel is poorly signposted and is on the second floor. No help whatsoever from hotel staff. We checked in and went to a restaurant leaving the AC to cool the room. We arrived back and the AC was not working and had to move to another room. The new room had AC but the shower was not attached to the wall properly and neither was the toilet cistern. At this point we were too tired to even care having travelled with no AC on a train for ten hours. If you can, book another hotel. Too far away from any touristic sites and public transport is not a great way to travel. It is not sign posted as well as other cities/metros in Europe. On our last day before we caught the train to Zagreb we asked the front desk if we could freeze some bottled water in their kitchen freezer. They said the kitchen was closed and there was nothing they could do. Not once was there any sincere hospitality. May have been good once but is not now.

A very nice hotel with amazing food! Although it doesn´t belond to the most luxury ones, it has a good atmosphere and friendly staff. They are ready to help with orientation in the city and they can even order you taxi to a restaurant nerby.Rooms were comparable with the reasonable prices. I would come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. They are working for your nice holiday.Breakfast is good. We stayed two Nights and first was wonderful but second was unlucky Day for all of us and hotel. Anyway we really appreciated and thank you for everything.
