Ruhige Erholung

Nette Wohnung,wie beschrieben.Top Lage im Ort aber dennoch sehr ruhig.Alles sauber und im sehr guten Zustand.Vermieter im Haus ist freundlich und zurückhaltend.Das beste ist die Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick zum See.Es gibt viele gute Lokale.Zum Baden eher nicht so gut aber zum laufen und genießen.Ein guter Ort.

Huisje goed schoon, vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Bij ontvangt ingrediënten voor het koken van pasta met een biertje en water. Het huisje beschikt over een ruime tuin waar je heerlijk kan zitten.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick und großem Garten

Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Schöne Zimmer. Netter Vermieter, der allerdings nur italienisch spricht. Begirate ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedliche Ausflüge. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist sehr eng, große, breite Autos dürften Schwierigkeiten haben.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Garten

Am Besten hat uns an der Ferienwohnung der Garten gefallen. Man geniesst eine wundervolle Seesicht, ist ungestört und kann die Veranda bestens für das gemeinsame Abendessen nutzen. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da man innert weniger Schritte an der Promenade Belgirates ist, wobei diese relativ klein ist. Zwei Bars für den Kaffee am Morgen und ein gutes Restaurant (La Bruma) findet man hier. Für alles weitere geht man ins nahe gelegene Lesa (Einkäufe etc.).

Schöne Wohnung mit Garten und Seeblick

Insgesamt eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, aber doch nahe am See und Badestrand. Uns hat insbesondere die überbaute Außenterasse, der Garten mit Seeblick und der eingebaute Außengrill gefallen. Ab Mittag konnten wir uns immer im Schatten der Terasse aufhalten oder im Garten sonnen. Die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein, aber ausreichend. Die Küche ist auch relativ klein. Internet Empfang war gut, Fernsehen aber nur auf italienisch. Mückengitter erlaubten nachts eine gute Durchlüftung und Fensterläden die Verschattung am Tag, so dass es in der Wohnung trotz Aussentemperaturen von 30° Grad gut auszuhalten war. Der Check-in und die Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes waren hervorragend, da direkt vor Ort sichergestellt, mit nützlichen Tipps. Die in der Nähe verlaufende Zugstrecke hat uns nicht gestört, dafür aber manchmal morgens die lauten Kirchenglocken.

Schön gelegen - schattige Terasse mit schönem Seeb

Wohnung wie beschrieben und Haushalt mit allem Notwendigen ausgerüstet, insbesondere auch Mückengitter. Durch die überbaute Terasse war es möglich, den Blick auf den See zu genießen und dabei die heißeste Zeit des Tages im Schatten zu verbringen oder sich im Garten zu sonnen. Grillkohle für den Außengrill war auch schon da. Schlüsselübergabe und Service während des Aufenthaltes hervorragend. Zugverkehr war für uns kein Problem, allerdings weckten uns öfter mal die Kirchenglocken um 7:30 Uhr.

Kleine ruhige Ferienwohnung

Positiv: - Ruhige Lage - Seeblick aus dem Garten - Umzäunter privater Garten - Sauber - Nette Vermieter Negativ: - Zufahrt über sehr schmalen Weg. Mit größerem PKW eine Herausforderung. Nur für Be- & Entladung erlaubt. - Parkplatz 250m entfernt. Mit Kleinkindern unpraktisch. - Küche sehr klein - Betten unbequem - Belgirate als Urlaubsort war für uns zu "ruhig". Fast keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. - Heizung funktinierte erst auf Nachfrage - Fahrradnutzung schwierig (keine Fahrradwege, sehr steil)

Top Wohnung, super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich komplett und liebevoll ausgestattet, sogar mit Fritteuse und bietet einen Gartenanteil mit wunderschöner Seesicht. Sie liegt im Altstadtkern, ist daher mit dem Auto fast nicht zu erreichen, da sehr schmale Gässchen. Geparkt werden kann ca. 100 m entfernt. Die Bahnlinie, die auch ca. 100 m entfernt verläuft, haben wir nicht gehört. Trotz großer Verspätung haben wird den Schlüssel noch bekommen und alles wurde gut erklärt und korrekt abgerechnet. Zu empfehlen!!
