Staff was friendly. Decent restaurant downstairs. Rooms were nice and clean, albeit small.

Right in the center of the City. very nice. The Staff was very helpful and gracious. Highly reccomended

We stayed there on our way home from NW200 - catching early bus to Dublin Airport. Great location in center of the city. Room was very nice and modern. Bathroom extra nice.

I stayed at the Park Inn for three nights over a long weekend in January 2015. It's in a great location - close to City Hall and other central city tourist attractions and within a couple of blocks of a lot of good pubs and restaurants. If you don't mind a bit of walking, other attractions such as Titanic Belfast, Crumlin Road Gaol and Queen's University are within walking distance. (I walked to or from each of these.) The hotel is very quiet. Although it's in the center of the city, it's at the end of a quiet street. I had room 433, which is right up the back, so I didn't hear anything at all. The hotel is of the standard you would expect of a smart, modern hotel and the staff are very helpful. The wifi was free and worked well. I paid for my room as part of a package deal on one of the major travel websites, and it was good value for money. I would stay here again if I go back to Belfast.

Good location to downtown area but parking is very limited and fair distance away from hotel.

My wife and I visited Belfast, sightseeing, tourism, so the location was great. Staff was very helpful and the rate was excellent. Would stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and quick to accomodate the guest. This hotel is situated off a side street and was a little difficult to find when not use to the area. The noise from the street was overwhelming and your window view is into a set of offices which would have been nice to know about prior to coming out of the shower and opening the curtains! The breakfast is not worth the price charged but fortunately there are other restaurants around.Accomodations were comforable. Would be nice to have a little refridgerator in room to accommodate medications and a little bottle of milk.[...]

Wanted a hotel within walking distance of the City Centre and found it with this hotel. Fantastic location that combines proximity to the City Centre with being far enough away to still be quiet. You can also leave a car in front of the hotel overnight and on Sundays. Hotel bar attracted a fair number of locals which made the experience all the more fun.

good except noisy

Room is very nice and comfortable but a little small. Bathroom clean and roomy. outstanding staff and service. Bar next door is also good with tasty food, reasonable prices and excellent service.
