Central Belfast Apts worthless after hours

We were provided the wrong check in info and found someone already occupying our b&b but because it was after hours, we couldn’t reach someone to help. Instead we had to book a hotel for one night until we could reach the company during the day. Honestly, I don’t understand why they can’t provide an after hours contact in case of emergencies like this one. They did not offer any compensation other than a refund and their apologies.The property itself was great.

Wir waren über ein langes Wochenende im Belfast. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Betten sind hervorragend und wir fühlten uns super wohl. Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
