Precisa melhorar,o hotel é simples, algo bem familiar, acredito que investir em uma cama com um pouco mais de qualidade(nao precisa ser cara) ja faria uma diferença, dormi mal, nao tinha sabonete no banheiro,apenas um lençol ,uma toalha, o quarto era casal, precisei solicitar. Nao foi servido cafe da manha. .Acredito que uma capacitaçao no serviço de hotelaria faria bem
