Stunning modern gite with garden and private pool

Accommodation description:
A very nice house with modern décor and lots of charm!
The house is bright and in addition to a spacious living room, has a well-equipped kitchen with 2 spacious covered terraces where it is lovely to sit in high summer.
There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are sun loungers around the pool and hammocks hanging between the trees in the garden. There is also an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue for long evenings of enjoyment!
Set among the vineyards of the famous Cahors region, not far from the Lot river, the house is located on a hushed road.
In the large, sheltered and well-fenced garden, there are plenty of deck chairs, hammocks and sitting areas to enjoy. The swimming pool was recently built and is well maintained by a Dutch manager
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
