Amazing stay in paradise

"Out of the four Taj hotels that we stayed in, Bekal offers the best value for money with amazing villas. I was concerned that the backwaters may have meant lots of insects but this wasn’t the case. The gardens with an amazing variety of birds, the sea food restaurant by the beach, the pool, everything is beautiful "

"Improper guidance from the staff last minute changes informed by the staff and rules are not clearly mentioned to the customer before check in, totally waste of time and lack of hospitality manners overall it was horrible experience for me if you are coming after a hectic day to enjoy your stay it’s not your place "

Great place for a family holiday

"The staff and the facilities at the LaLiT made our stay an extremely pleasant experience. The hotel rooms were spacious and the balcony and the jacuzzi was a lovely touch. The pool area, gym & games room were all well equipped and staffed. The spa did some great treatments and the restaurant was had a range of options. The staff throughout the hotel really did go the extra mile. The only areas for improvement would be the wifi connections in the rooms which was a bit patchy (although excellent in the common areas). Would definitely recommend and will be visiting myself again in the future."
