Wow, Beja has needed a decent, modern hotel and this is it. Bang up to date, lovely well appointed room albeit a little snug but breakfast and food was spot on.

We got to the hotel earlier and our room wasn't ready, but we were able to use the pool while we waited for our room. Hotel has a room to keep the bags safe an we were able to change beforw go to the pool.

Only stayed for one night and hotel worked well for what we needed. The light from the AC/thermostat panel is quite bright and could be disturbing to some people. It defeats the purpose of black out blinds. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel is well located. The parking is convenient and easy to access.

Comfortable stay in an ancient city

Large room, large bathroom, lots of closets, few hangers. Shaving mirror in bathroom which doubled as a nightlight. Quiet area. Some distance from restaurants. There was a wine tasting event in the lobby and guests were invited to attend. That was a pleasant surprise.

Ich hatte schon 2 mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Leider haben sich seit meinen letzten Bewertungen keine grossen Änderungen im Hotel gezeigt. Das Hotel liegt unweit der Innenstadt,besitzt eine Tiefgarage,einen Fitnessraum,einen kleinen Roofpool,eine Bar,ein Restaurant. Wir buchten ein ruhiges Zimmer, zum Innenhof. Das bekamen wir auch, nur dass dieses Zimmer genau über der Küche lag. Und somit hatten wir bis 1:00h früh,und ab 5:00h morgens ziemlichen Krach zu erdulden. Das Hotelpersonal darauf hin angesprochen gabs nur einen lapidaren Kommentar,dass dies nicht sein dürfte. Es war nicht das 1.mal dass wir ein Zimmer bekamen, in dem es nachts sehr laut war. Richtig ausschlafen konnten wir nicht. Zimmer und Bad waren okay. Allerdings gab es am 2.Tag schon keinen Kaffee und kein Wasser mehr im Zimmer. Normalerweise ist das obligatorisch,überhaupt dann wenn man IHG Rewards Mitglied ist. Geputzt wurde an beiden Tagen auch nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch dieses mal keine regionalen Produkte ausliegen, auch nichts für Diabetiker. Und um 9:00 war das Buffet 9:00h fast leer. Man musste die Mitarbeiter mehrmals bitten Wurst,Käse,Butter nachzulegen. Sowas geht eigentlich gar nicht.
