Plane delays (4) and lost luggage meant I only had four hours in the hotel, much to my sorrow, as the room, staff, etc. were just great! If I ever return to Beirut, I will say and get more time with them!

Checking in was slow Staff seems inexperienced, decided to charge 14 dollars for parking my car overnight and it’s not announced in the booking terms, also short changed me 2000 LB pounds , didn’t have proper change Will stay again

The plumbing in our room didn't work and the whole bathroom gave off a putrid smell. As soon as the hot water in the sink started running, drain water started seeping out of the shower drain and smelled awful.

This hotel is not beige. If you are looking for a boring beige hotel then keep looking. Modern, fun and well thought of hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, great service, friendly staff, entertainment. This hotel has it all. The roof top pool is an added bonus. The pool staff Rayan and Mohammad were exceptional. Highly recommended.
