We had a great time at the MOVENPICK! The staff was friendly, we used Uber to get around town and the pools/beach was excellent. Also one of the best gyms and spas I have experienced. The Balinese massage is a must try! An all around great property with great sunset views!

I would like to say that we loved our stay at this hotel. The view of our room blew our mind. The hotel is situated amazingly to provide a breathtaking view from almost everywhere in the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the gym. We were terribly sad to have to leave. I had previously read many good reviews and some bad, and after almost a week's stay I can honestly say that the bad reviews are just not true. The staff of this hotel really go out of their way to provide top of the line service. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels all over the world and must say that the service we received at this hotel was among the best. Things tended to go forth pretty smoothly, but anytime there was a small hiccup, it was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The art of running a hotel, I believe, is in its staff’s ability to solve the minor issues that naturally come up everywhere, and the staff at this hotel really went out of their way to do so and did so with a warm and genuine smile. Thank you Movenpick Beirut staff for a truly amazing experience.

Not my first stay, definitely not my last! The breakfast buffet is probably the best I have seen in Lebanon. Staff are very courteous and make every effort for you to be comfortable. Rates are reasonable. The only negative is the speed of the free wifi. However, that is a common occurance at Beirut hotels.

10 000 LL for a towel when the resort fee is already expensive. Also not so good service since no one really seems to bother if you want to order any drinks. Maybe this has to do with the "cash free system" and lack of tip. In my opinion, if you pay a lot you have the right to expect more.

Very good Hotel. Rooms need some renovation and more sound proofing. Greeting and service was very good and the staff was very helpful. Would recommend it and will revisit again. Ensure stronger water pressure for the showers.

Overall, the saty was good, however I believe the service is not as good for a 5 stars hotel or good enough to lake Movenpick the best hitel in Beirut. The lication is excellente, This, said, I firgot a box at the reception and the guys in the reception were kind anough to send it out to the airport, so I was quit impressed. The service at the pool is not that good, I believe it is because of the lack of staff, Since It took nearly An hour to get my order and I had to remind the waiter (who gorgot it) three times of my order. Also, I got locked in the coredoor with the pyjama and when I called for another card from my parents room, I was told that there was nobody to bring it to me, so I ended up in the lobby with my pyjama.

The Movenpick Hotel is especially fabulous during summer, due to wide range of services it has. There are three different swimming pools, designed to keep adults and children happy. All along the pool area, there are restaurants and a permanent service so you can stay all day long without moving too far. At night, there is a nice bar overlooking the beach and the stars, in a relaxed atmosphere. For those who dare, there is access to the beach, and plenty of people forget about the level of sea pollution of Beirut and go for the waves anyway. The hotel is a very good 5 star, with different kinds of accommodation, and three different restaurants. The best one, though, is the Sunday brunch at the Mediterranean, where you can get lobster and champagne non-stop for USD 60 dollars. In all, it is a superb hotel, with all the necessary to make a very pleasant stay.

Visited lebanon for a business meeting and was my first time to stay in this hotel. Average for business meeting, as the meeting rooms area is not well designed and you feel its empty. But the hotel facilities for vacations and family trips are really good. Pool there is the best in lebanon. Breakfast area is amazing as well

The resort was nice and staff were extermely helpful! Food is excellent and location is perfect for people who want to do shopping as well. The only things I thinks carpet in the rooms need to change every few years because of humidity weather in Beirut

very nice hotel, very nice service and supportive management. the management gave me late check out when I needed to attend a tel conf from my room . they were supportive, the Hotel is very clean. very nice location
