I have been travelling regularly to Beirut for the last year now, and always stay at Le Gray. A modern well-equiped luxury hotel with warm, caring and attentive staff who always put client service / satifaction as their number one priority. I would particularly like to mention the level of professinalism of the Guest Services Manager, Chloé Chelala - a warm, friendly manager with a great attention to detail and 110% client service orientated. Already looking forward to my next stay at Le Gray.
I tried Cherry on the rooftop, DJ was great, atmosphere is very pleasant, but the food was average... We ordered Sushi and mini tacos, the taste is average, they should work on quality of food, but overall experience was good, the pool outside is amazing
My first visit to this luxury hotel and will definitely go again ,,service and attentiveness of the employees are well noticed ,Front office and HK staff are doing fantastic job to provide quality to this Nice Hotel ,,
Beautiful rooms, excellent food, high quality service and an unrivalled location in Downtown - highly recommended for a premium business or pleasure stay. We stayed in room 404, a lovely suite with balconies overlooking the old town and across the road from the famous Iris Lounge.
Le Gray is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It`s a short walk from Down Town Beirut with so many shops and Restaurants around so it`s very well located. Rooms are stylish and spacious, and I think Indigo on the roof is one of the best rooftops in Beirut with an amazing sunset view. I cant forget the friendly staff who is always welcoming me and making sure my stay is memorable and cheerful. Merci Le Gray Beirut, you rock!
Great memories from this hotel, very well located, minutes walk from the Beirut Souks, very welcoming staff and friendly, most beautiful pool in town with amazing view, great and spacious rooms, at night the view from the restaurant at the pool is amazing, very clean rooms and they really take care of you! Anything you need just ask the front desk and they are ready to help! For sure I'll stay again.
Back for a third time in a year this is by far my favorite hotel in Beirut. You cannot find a better location, better quality, or better service. Even before our arrival we received an email from the Concierge Team asking if there was anything that they could set up for us prior to arrival. We had them set up a couple lunch and dinner reservations, a tour, and a transfer to and from the airport. Upon arrival at the airport we had our driver waiting promptly outside of the customs area near door #4 as communicated via text upon arrival. From there we arrived to a warm reception by their front desk team. The room was spacious and luxurious with nice modern fixtures. The best part of this hotel is actually their gym and pool. Both are best in class and really make it so that you don't even have to leave the property. However, if you decide to venture out you are right in the heart of downtown Beirut. Would definitely stay here again and cant wait to return in the summer.
During my travels to several hotels around the world, I tried many spa and massage center with all its different types. But the Puregrey spa at Le Grey is definitely one of the best. from the first few moment of reception, all the staff greets you with their smile and professional tips. I had a massage with the special and the only miss Takla, she is definitely the best physiotherapist I had ever been with. she took care of my back pain carefully and made me relax and cheer up in the first few minutes of my session. I would certainly come back again and I recommend this spa nad hotel to everyone. thanks to all the staff for the perfect experience, hats off Dr. Antoine Issam DARWICH
I lived in hotels for most of my adult life & I've become extremely picky when it comes to where I stay... This hotel is phenomenal- the rooms are extraordinary, the service is world class & the location is the best in Beirut. You can't go wrong staying here.
Very good 5 star hotel but was unfortunately under renovation during my stay. However the room was good with a big bathroom. The gym is also well equipped. The restaurant serve huge Breakfast with a lot of choices and dinner was also great. Staff at the Restaurant was keen to help and had good suggestions.
