The stuff is terrible I will not stay in this hotel any more I don’t feel I was welcome in this hotel if I don’t pay in advance I will check out
Had a great stay .... forgot my items in the room and Farah sent the things down stairs she is an amazing employee....
Farrah was very helpful in our stay and provided everything we needed as she went out her way!

Things are old and disfuncining.for example the phone in the room didn’t work.the safe didn’t work.the bathroom door was so noisy.the staff however were very friendly.i would not stay there again
Huge room with balcony, very comfortable with great bed and plenty of storage and workspaces. Room floor was filthy and you had to wear slippers, shower hose antiquated in an otherwise nice bathroom. Breakfast is okay but a wee bit pricey. The internet is very slow but stable. Staff was very pleasant and professional.
I saw the reviews and didn't believe it until I took the chance and booked, Rooms are outdated, not clean old fashioned safe with no instruction, bath faucet hard to open like someone didn't use for ages and ... Never again
