Nunca tive um problema como tive com esse Hotel. O atendente da recepção totalmente inexperiente, de difícil comunicação em inglês, e sem qualquer habilidade para resolver problemas. Não localizou nossa reserva, nos colocou em uma acomodação cara, que não foi a que havíamos reservado, e ao final, quando do checkout nos cobrou o valor da acomodação e, para minha surpresa, não aceitava cartão de crédito. Após tentar argumentar com ele (apenas tentar, porque era quase que incomunicável falar com o inexperiente atendente da recepção) fomos obrigados a desembolsar o valor da estadia em dólares, quando em verdade já havíamos feito reserva pela Hoteis.com e tivemos que pagar novamente pela estadia de um quarto mais caro. Viajo muito e nunca vivenciei uma situação destas. Não recomendo!

Resepsiyon görevlisi hanımefendi asık suratlı iken yerinden kalkmadan umursamaz tavırlarla zayıf bir hizmet sundu. Otel boş olmasına rağmen 15-16'ya kadar olan geç check out talebimiz karşılanmadı. Oda'ya ilk girdiğimizde temizliğin oldukça uzun süre önce yapıldığını anlamamız zor olmadı. Konaklama esnasındaki house-keeping hizmetleri de oldukça zayıftı. Görevliden odaya bırakacağı şişe içme suyunu isteyince verdiği anlamsız ve olumsuz reaksiyon anlaşılmazdı. Ya bu hamle sonrası ya da otel politikası gereği sadece ilk gün odamızda içme suyu vardı diğer günlerde sıcak-soğuk ücretsiz içecekler yenilenmedi. Havuz aktif değildi. Kaldığımız oda büyük bir suite ait birbiriyle bağlantılı odaların bir iç kapı ile ayrılmış müstakil bir oda olduğundan zaten zayıf olan ses izolasyonu iyice problem oldu. Bu hale bir de yan odalarda çocuklu, gürültücü ve görgüsüz Arap (gecenin bir yarısı kavga etmek, bağırarak cep telefonu ile konuşmak) aileler olunca geceler uyku haram oldu. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve leziz olsa da yemek salonunda soğutmanın olmaması sıkıntı yarattı.
