We were completely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The room was well appointed, clean had a nice view of the city and most importantly quiet for good sleeping! The restaurants were good too with excellent service and nice views.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I tried their Lebanese restaurant 'Arabesque'. The food is delicious, prices are a bit expensive and the portions are small. The hotel is luxurious, has an amazing rooftop pool and bar and the view there is breathtaking.

There is no doubt that the Four Seasons Hotels are one of the leading global brands with an amazing consistency of product and service. What was unique that caught my attention was two things First, it was the reliance on the local talents and expertise which clearly show a professional selection process bringing best of the best on board. The second was also the team was young dynamic and brings a touch of magic to the place with the utmost commitment to serve. Examples are many Basim at the Reception Mohamad and Rami at the restaurant. It is truly an experience and a business model that we all can learn from Bravo Four Seasons and I look forward to my next stay.

I really recommend this hotel, the people of the front desk and bell boys are really helpful, the morning buffet is really good they have libanese food and regular breakfast. We try the service of the concierge for extending some reservations we already had and for other things , it was excellent, they speak fluent English.

Visited 'The Roof' with friends for early dinner and to watch the sunset. The area where the sun sets is quite small so we couldn't really watch the sun go down while having our drinks, staff taking reservations should give more info to guests. Food was good, some of the drinks were overprices. All together the setting is very good and offers a nice view of the Mediterranean sea and Beirut's bay.

I paid another visit to this valuable restaurant. My gusts were so happy in the quality of food and the amazing service of Nour Abu Nada. She was a distinguished waitress. She kept serving us non stop through all the dining. Thanks for the management for maintaining a proper food and staff as well.

We stayed here last April having stayed at the property in 2010, hotel needs renovation specially the carpets in the rooms. Service is not what it used to be, we booked a sea view room with high floor months in advance to be given a partial view not on a high floor. Hotel location is great close to lots of trendy restaurants and Zaytoona Bay. If your staying at the hotel don't miss out on the spa, therapists were really good.

Lovely stay in Beirut at 4season Hotel, in a new area facing the sea with lovely mediterranean restaurants and amazing clubs. Go there and enjoy your experience. I will come back as soon as I can. Don't forget to have a city- tour driving a limousine and finding out all the best of Beirut.

Let me start by saying I travel a lot (over 150 nights a yr)and stay in a number of 5 star properties. In each hotel I have stayed a room is a room and a bed is bed The difference then becomes about the details the location the management and the staff. The property in Beirut is wonderful great location . The lobby staff are very helpful and polite . The room although of average size was clean and comfortable .the bed although comfortable made a lot of bong noises every time you change position leaving you waiting for a spring to pop out. The housekeeping staff would not replace glasses that had been used and even after 3 days didn't bring wine glasses unless they were requested. In room amenities were limited . Breakfast was great however the Chef may want to learn how to cook eggs as each day they were off ! over cooked or barely cooked . The roof top pool is beautiful Although getting a lounger was difficult as some guest had secured for both sun and shade leaving the rest of us to suntan in chairs. There were a few thing out of the hotels control such as noise from traffic and the music of neighboring nite clubs . All in all On my next trip to Beirut I will most likely choose an alternative properties in the area . In my option the Room price for the four season did not equal the service sorry to say.

I know u should pay for what u get for but when u pay so much and u don't get what u expect then why to pay that much ! Room is like old lady house , respetionset always busy with people short employees , they nick on my door to fix something in middle of the day , I got stuck in the elevator at night ...,
