Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I didn’t like anything the place was broken down air-conditioning was broken. The door was broken the appliances. They were broken. It was dirty. Nothing was cleaned from previous person. I have pictures and videos which I sent to you guys and when I went there was no reservation. It was hell and there was another. Resort right next to that resort it was beautiful and same price and it was real five stars. You gonna lose customers if you deal with that owner as man fact, I’m gonna tell everybody and verbal gonna return my money. It’s a horrible, horrible experience I had. I am still upset about it when I remember every time comes in my mind that place you guys should stop dealing with that person you guys gonna lose customer like you lost me hopefully, one day I change my mind and try you guys one more time but right now I’m very upset as man fact, you guys should give me free vacation the pain and suffering I went through not only returned my money, you guys should give me a beautiful, free vacation bad bad, bad experience
