Poor costumer service Claiming to be fully booked despite the vacancies and not shifting our dates.

My husband and I were on a 4 days trip to Beirut to spend New Year's eve. everything we needed about the hotel was there; cleanliness, friendly staff, helpful and informative staff, responsible baby sitter and on top of all a great location. The room was great, spacious and had all the facilities you need, excpet a hair dryer. The hotel is at Hamra; a major shopping and resturants district in Beirut, 10 minutes walking to down town Beirut... the streets were crowded around the hotel, and it seems to be the case around this time of the year and the summer time. I would recommend the hotel if your visit is focused to Beirut, but in summer time, when most of the tourist, and even the people of Beirut themselves go to the mountains, then you need to consider a different place up in the summits.
