不安全設備又不好衛生也待加強的公寓，不推薦。

基本上整個北部灣一號是公寓，買個幾間房間就當酒店。到達時門衛說要連絡到老闆出來才可以進去，整個訂房紀錄都沒有聯絡電話直到我跟路邊一個看起來像住這裡的人問到電話才進去。房間確實很大，但是浴缸旁的窗簾是壞的不能打開看海景泡澡，是說也不能泡，因為水溫不夠，洗了會冷。廁所馬桶座上有尿漬，根本不敢坐上去。有冰箱跟廚房，但是瓦斯爐不能用。隔音很差，其他人在中庭講話都聽得到。最重要的一點是，房間都是密碼鎖，但是密碼跟其他房間都一樣！！因為我有不小心走錯到隔壁間。房間內也沒有其他的鎖，非常不安全。最高有30幾樓但是只有兩部電梯可以用，要等很久。地點算離市區比較遠，但是打車還算方便。這樣的價格這樣的品質一點都不值得！

Hübsches Apartment, tolle Ausblick

Badewanne mit Ausblick. Super schönes Apartment. Leider spricht niemand Englisch. Keine Rezeption. Es gibt eine Küche, aber keine Kochmöglichkeit. Nicht Einmal einem Löffeln. Der Strand ist schmützig. Aber Beihai ist eine tolle Stadt. Am besten einen Elektroscooter mieten (Gegenüber des Apartments um ca. 8 € pro Tag)
