Maison de standing mais avec défauts
La maison est très belle et très bien agencée en plus d'être posée sur un terrain bien entretenu avec arbres fruitiers.
Mais quelques bémols gênants quand vous louez a ce tarif.
Piscine fatiguée (liner sale, contours en bois cassés), problème d'électricité (coupures générales intempestives), lave-vaisselle en défaut, clim dans certaines chambres uniquement (2).
Plusieurs mails à l'agence avant qu'un électricien passe et sans succès.
On a l'impression que tout a été mis dans le visuel au détriment du détail.
