Wonderful house with sea views, located just 600 meters from the beach. It features a garden, pool, and air conditioning. Capacity for 13 people.
The entire house is on one level, although you need to go up one floor from the entrance of the property. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet. On the ground floor, the entrance has space to park 3 vehicles.
It has a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 of them with double beds and the sixth with bunk beds and a trundle bed. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, and the guest toilet is located in the hallway. Some have direct access to the pool, and those that don't have a splendid sea view.
Without a doubt, the focal point of the house is the spacious kitchen open to the dining room, which features a central work island.
