This unique accommodation has plenty of space for you to enjoy with your family and friends. It has private parking for two cars.
This exclusive villa consists of 2 levels distributed as follows:
On the main floor we find a large living room with two large sofas and dining area for 6 people, from which we have access to a fantastic terrace overlooking Sa Riera beach and the pool. Independent fully equipped kitchen where we find the second dining area, ideal for breakfast and from which we have access to the beautiful terrace with sea views. On this same floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom.
On the upper floor we find a fantastic terrace where we can enjoy the tranquillity and privacy of this property, with a dining area with magnificent 360 degree views of the sea and the surrounding area.
This majestic house has a private swimming pool, surrounded by pine trees that will give you the sensation of being in an authentic oasis of peace in the middle of nature.
