The ground floor features a spacious and bright living room opening onto a large terrace and private garden with stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, a room with washer/dryer, a cozy lounge, and a guest bathroom.
The upper floor has three bedrooms (two doubles and one smaller double) and two spacious bathrooms, each with its own toilet. The living room and master bedroom upstairs have TV. The house is peaceful, renovated, and offers comfort and privacy. Private parking is included.
