Wonderful highly functional property with stunning sea views, strategically located just 1.5 km from sa Riera beach and the center of Begur. Its bright interior spaces are distributed over two levels; On the main level, we find a large living-dining room with open kitchen and access to the garden with pool, two double bedrooms, a guest bathroom and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, a suite-type room with a private bathroom and access to a private terrace. In addition, it has an outdoor parking area for greater convenience.
