It consists, on the ground floor, of three double bedrooms, one of them en-suite with private bathroom, complete bathroom, laundry room and garage. From this level there is access to the porch, large terrace and pleasant private garden. On the upper floor, bright living-dining room, air-conditioned, with access to terrace and fully equipped independent kitchen. It is part of one of the best communal areas in the area, with a large swimming pool and spacious gardens. Garage.
