On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. From the living area you have direct access to a wonderful 35 m² terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for having breakfast, relaxing, or enjoying the sea views.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, one of them with access to a private terrace, and a full bathroom with shower. The terraces offer beautiful sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
