Capacity for 10 people, air conditioning, wifi, swimming pool and garden. Exceptionally located in a quiet residential area, this residence offers you direct access to the beach on foot.
With a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the main house is spread over 2 floors, while an independent studio awaits you on the third floor. The property boasts two accesses: one from the parking space and garage on the upper floor, and another via stairs that descend below the pool to the street below, the latter of which takes you to the beach in the shortest possible distance, guaranteeing you unparalleled convenience!

Our villa offers a majestic entrance that leads you directly to the main floor, where you will find the air-conditioned master bedroom suite with its own bathroom, a spacious living room and the main dining room both with panoramic views of the sea and the Medes Islands and access to a majestic terrace with panoramic sea views. And finally the kitchen with office. The kitchen has a door that leads down to all the terraces of the house and up to the garage.

The outdoor terraces are the perfect setting to enjoy unforgettable moments, with outdoor dining areas and a barbecue for your most special gatherings.

The tower of the house houses a beautiful staircase that connects the two main floors and leads to the solarium at the top. Descend to the lower floor to discover three additional bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a secondary kitchen and a living-dining room with access to an outdoor porch and the garden with sea views. The porch space with its cosy atmosphere and beautiful shaded sea views is the perfect area to enjoy the sea breeze.

On the lower floor, an independent studio awaits you with its own charm, equipped with a cosy living room, a functional kitchen, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom.
