Its high construction offers exceptional  sea views and the possibility to enjoy a quiet residential area. The lift of the communal area communicates directly with service areas and the beach.
In a few minutes you can go down to buy the press and breakfast.
Ideal for families with children who can already move with a certain autonomy.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom with bathroom  and sea view, lounge with a terrace of 20 m2 and again an exceptional sea view kitchen with breakfast bar, a second bathroom and a second and a third bedroom.

Sa Calma is a new building beachfront with community garden and pool. Next to the garden and the pool there is an elevator that connects the apartments to the street below with direct access to all the services and the beach. The distance from the apartments to the beach is  200 meters. In the entrance of the building there are parking places private for all the apartments.
