The house, which opened in 2010, is built on one of the last available sites in the old town of Begur, is 5 minutes from downtown and at the same time enjoying 600m2 of land equipped with porch, lawn and pool perfectly oriented to the Mediterranean. The house style is a blend of contemporary lines solved with technology and materials. Environmentally friendly, using organic materials, and home automation systems to ensure maximum comfort. It features a bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub and shower room with a big window facing the Mediterranean. Two rooms with shared bathroom also overlooking the sea and the castle. And fourth room free to the main body of the house with a window looking at the bottom of the pool. The kitchen dining room is set in a single room under a massive dome-shaped cover Catalan. You can park up to 4 cars. Fully exposed to the sun.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
