Haus mit Mängeln
Es ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, das leider in die Jahre gekommen ist und wenig gemacht wurde. Es macht schon einen schlechten Eindruck wenn die frühere Beleuchtung im Garten herum liegt. So manches ist ein bisschen defekt. Im Kühlschrank ist es die Lampe. Die Türen lassen sich schwer öffnen. Die Duschbrause ist zu kurz oder falsch installiert. In der erstem Woche war ein extremer Fäkaliengeruch im Bad, bis die Grube gezogen wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter über die App ist nicht möglich (es war die Toilettenspülung defekt, funktionierte aber nach 2 Tagen wieder). Die Frage ist eben, auf was jeder wert legt und zu welchem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

La casa està ubicada en una urbanització de difícil accès. Erem tres parelles i en una de les habitacions han posat dos llits, peró realment és individual ja que amb dos llits no queda espai per posar tauletes de nit, ni les maletes, l'armari no es pot obrir... La casa l'oferten per 8 persones, dues haurien de dormir en un sofà llit, molt trotinat, en un espai més que ajustat gens adient.La mampara de la dutxa en algun moment deu haver perdut aigua i el terra del lavabo està molt brut de cal enganxada fent una taca enorme groga molt desagradable. A la cuina hi ha moltes coses inutils i manquen esteis necessaris. Haurien de posar sabó de fregar plats, no es normal que tinguis que comprar un pot per dos dies, a la casa només hi ha un sobre, com els de sucre, de sabó de plats.L'espai exterior està molt deixat. Tots els fanals estan trencats i tirats pel terra escampats pel jardí.La tanca de la porta d'accès al jardí és inexistent. Et diuen que vagis al número 1 del carrer, però no te el número enlloc, has de reafiart-te de que la casa de devant és el 2, entrar per una porta sense tanca, baixar un munt d'escales i obrir amb clau esperant que sigui la casa correcta.En fi no repetirem i no la recomanarem. Tenim fotos per il.lustrar tot el que diem. les maletes,
