CALMA: Spectacular holiday rental villa with private pool and sea views in Sa Riera, Begur.
The Calma house has a large number of outdoor spaces, which will allow you to enjoy great moments with your loved ones, enjoying the Mediterranean climate and the magnificent views of the sea and mountains offered by its ideal location.
The original and minimalist design focused on white makes it a very bright and pleasant house.
Access to the house from the street is via stairs that lead to the ground floor, where we find the private pool and solarium area, equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun and relaxation. On this floor, we also find a bathroom with a shower. The stairs take us to the main floor, where a spacious and cozy terrace welcomes us, which communicates with the interior of the house. Inside the house, we find a spacious and bright living-dining room, an individual kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a complete bathroom. From the end of the terrace, we access the crown jewel, a small tower with a third bedroom with spectacular sea views. This bedroom is independent from the rest of the house.
Additionally, it has countless amenities so that the guest feels at home; air conditioning, wifi, television, washing machine, etc...
It is located in a residential area very close to Sa Riera beach and 2 km from the town of Begur.
