In an old farmhouse on a property covering 16ha of meadows, meadows and woods, this house dating from 1870, a family home for several generations, which was once occupied by the Resistance during the Second World War, has been restored in the respect of traditions with its stone floor, the preserved sink, its exposed beams...one appreciates the comfort present in all the rooms, and the quality equipment at your disposal. Here, the disconnection is total! Nature lovers, you will appreciate this corner of the Lot, with hiking trails at the foot of the gite. Discovery of the Lot valley (Cajarc with its lake, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour), the Célé valley 15km away (kanoe kayac), the nearby Aveyron .........Lodging accessible by castrated road. On the ground floor: large living room with dining room, sitting area and fully equipped kitchen area, toilet with wash basin. Upstairs is accessed by a straight staircase: a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, 2 attic bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Possible and punctual presence of sheep in the fields next to the gite. Not closed ground. On the spot, bakery with bread oven put back into service.
