Breakfast was limited and not enough choice of cereals or fruit. No HOT water for a cup of tea. Tepid out of the coffee machine. No bin or any facilities to put tea bags or empty cereal boxes. Room was very spacious and clean which as it was the signsture suit was what I expected. A fridge in the room would have been useful and a safe.

Excellent value for money

Doing an event in Bedford so stayed the night before. Very convenient location close to Bedford, very clean and excellent value for money. Staff were efficient and friendly. Even though there was a wedding with an evening DJ we had a room at the back of the hotel and were not disturbed by the disco. Great pub less than 10 minute walk away.

Characterful Hotel in lovely grounds, we stayed in the out building which was spacious and quiet. Room was clean and tidy and so was bathroom. Shower was warm with good pressure, our only concern was the floor tiles got very slippery when wet, care had to be taken! The full English Breakfast was excellent and service was very good. Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
