Beautiful farm and house just outside Batesville. It's a short drive to Oxford or Sardis and Enid Lakes. The house is spacious and very comfortable for guests with a large back covered patio as well as backyard area overlooking the barns and acreage. The home has 3 bedrooms with a King, Full, and Twin beds and 2 full bathrooms. It has an open concept with dining, kitchen, and living areas all open to each other making conversation with family and friends more convenient. It's convenient to everything just being mile from Hwy 6.

The farm house was awesome. I took my 2 boys to an Ole Miss football game with my daughter that goes to school in Oxford. We had a great time at the house. It was super clean and has plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.The location of the house is awesome. If you want peace and quiet - this place is for you. I highly recommend staying at this house. As for the hosts - they are great communicators and made the process painless. I’m looking forward to my next visit to the area and will reserve it again.
