Bemüht, nicht dem heutigen Standart entsprechend

Vermieter hat uns freundlich empfangen und kurz alles im Haus gezeigt, es wurde neu renoviert, jedoch nicht auf Qualität der Ausstattung Wert gelegt. Möbel sind teils sehr gebraucht, Bettenhöhe mit 30 cm über Bodenniveau - zu niedrig. Im unteren WC fehlt ein Waschbecken. Hände-waschen muss man immer in der Küche an der Spüle. Im OG ist die Dusche mit Glastür genau gegenüber dem Fenster ohne Sichtschutz eingebaut. Fenster zur Straße gerichtet und zum Nachbargrundstück mit Eingang und Zufahrt. Die Garage ist zu klein für größere Autos, da das Tor nicht geschlossen werden kann. Wir mussten unser teures Fahrzeug auf der Straße parken. Die Zusatztür zur Garage ist nach innen verbaut, statt nach außen.Betten nur 140 cm breit - für uns leider keine Erholung. Fernsehen in diesem Haus nur eine alte Dachantenne möglich -kein SAT!!! Bei schlechtem Wetter entweder schlechter oder kein Empfang der Programme. Leider auch kein Internetzugang!!! Für uns entspricht dies nicht dem heutigen Standard.Die Treppen zu den oberen Etagen sind sehr steil und die Treppenstufen in der Tiefe sehr schmal. Das Zimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten hat kein Bad/ Wc auf der Etage. Wenn man nachts ins Bad will, muss man eine Etage runter dann am Esstisch wieder eine halbe Etage hoch durch die Küche zum WC - das sollte in der Hausbeschreibung stehen. Positiv: Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher inklusive. Reinigung auch.Wenn man Ruhe möchte, ist dies sicher der passende Ort.

Das Ferienhaus bietet nicht nur alles, was man braucht, es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Es liegt malerisch und ruhig in einer wunderschönen Gegend an der Loire mit ganz unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Nice and good looking house

Really happy with our stay in this house. It’s looking modern, open and the garden was closed so good when you have a small child. The area is lovely with the sunflowers and wine fields. Only two point of feedback we have, is that the double bed was sagged and the second bedroom is all away on the other side of the house. With a little child that is something we liked to know before booking.
