The Boathouse is totally off grid with a wind turbine and solar panels supplying electricity to the property's appliances – fridge, lighting, shower, sockets - no hairdryer though!. The modern, odourless, composting toilet completes the properties eco friendly, back to nature credentials with its easy to use instructions.
